Noticing a need for quality, inclusive social services, our Founder, Patricia Telfort, used her experience in Social Work and Legal Services to create PATES, Inc. in 2011. Since then, we have endeavored to help numerous people throughout New York City and Long Island navigate various systems, solve problems and reach their goals.
